吱吱~ 減肥大業顯然已經的被放下
很完全的被放棄了

那時候的那股狠勁已經徹底的被豬排咖哩飯跟鹹酥雞還有半糖少冰的清新紅茶取代了
什麼蔬菜湯  跳繩還有呼拉圈已經是上一世紀的記憶了
是說這幾個月下來我的體重也沒有再增加
就一直在52~50中間迴盪搖擺
不過神奇的是  體脂肪卻減少了
剛剛翻一下紀錄的文章  四月的時候還在24.9
最近卻是降到22左右
體重沒減少  但是體脂肪卻減少了
那那些消失的肥肉去哪了呢?
因為我胸部罩杯也沒縮水阿

是............變成肌肉了嗎?
那我是要往魔鬼筋肉女的路上走去的樣子了

  • you hv a partner now! i hv exactly the same problem be4 serving the army....i've been worked out 3 ~ 4 times a week and still hvn't lost much.
  • Girl, you are not fat, for heaven's sake! You are so thin and you are still complaining - how's that gonna make me feel? I have struggled from 72 kg (when I was in Taiwan last November) down to 64 kg (just the other day), and I still have a long way to go. You should be happy that you are gorgeous enough already! ^_^
